Campervan Ladder

In the context of motorcaravans, ladders serve two primary purposes:

• Access to roof storage;
• Access to over cab beds.

While access to roof storage is something that (aesthetics aside) sits in common with a commercial van when dealing with a campervan conversion, it differs in the case of a motorhome or other coach-built vehicle because of the greater heights involved. It's arguable that it differs in the case of campervan roof access too, because of the increased need for security to prevent unauthorised access to roof vents etc. which are not generally fitted to commercial vans.

Access to the over cab bed in a coach-built motorhome is, of course, a unique problem, and there are a number of ladders (and ladder mounting brackets) specifically designed to address it.
